Tamama is ranked Private Second Class in the Keron Army's Keroro Platoon. He is the newest member in the planetary invasion troop, and also the youngest. His name stems from the Japanese word otamajakushi "tadpole". While his age is unknown
Tamama uses chi attacks fueled by his jealousy. His staple attack, the "Tamama Impact", shoots his jealous energy out of his mouth as a strong beam of energy. Another of his attacks that he says thrives on hate and jealousy is the "Jealousy Ball," which he taught to a young soccer player. He is also very strong and knows karate.
